Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the device is in original, resellable condition with all packaging and accessories.

How to request a return

• Contact support with your order number
• We'll share return instructions and an address
• Ship the item back within the return window

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned device, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.

Non-refundable cases

Items damaged by misuse, missing accessories, or returned outside the window may not be eligible. Defective items are handled under our warranty.
